- Although taken by the uploader, the badge will be copyright Avon and Somerset police. Mtking (edits) 09:04, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Don't dispute that. Don't even remember taking it and didn't know much about copyright anyway. To be honest don't know why I ever uploaded such a crappy useless picture. S.G.(GH) ping! 18:34, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Looks like a photo of a photo, this is backed up by the fact that the summary is 'ccj newsletter'. Therefore, the PD-self claim on this is probably invalid. Orphaned. Acather96 (talk) 14:10, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Image is all over the internet - I doubt this user "created this work entirely by themselves"... Nikthestoned 16:23, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- So because people have copied my image, which I first posted on Blog Del Narco in the forums and later on Borderland Beat and Border Reporter, all three of which are the biggest websites regarding the Mexican drug culture, it is not mine somehow anymore? It is the only image available of her, so obviously people would copy it. This picture was taken in San Diego at a real estate conference which she was attending, the picture was of her and a group of other attendees, it was enlarged because you could barely see her in between 2 peoples heads.. She said she owned a Tijuana real-estate company, Grupo Inmobiliario Professional Baja, amongst other businesses. She claimed to be a businesswoman. jlcoving (talk) 22:07, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- The uploader states that the image is free to use because of a belief "there is no copyright for this picture", but no reason is given for this assertion. —innotata 17:14, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- If it is then File:Fabulance BlueBalls.jpg will be too... Both were, however, uploaded by someone representing the company (or at least seemingly so). Nikthestoned 12:08, 1 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Good catch, I'll nominate the other one now. Delete this one as an obvious copy-vio. Acather96 (talk) 10:50, 4 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Uploader originally used non free promo license, switching to free license after it was pointed out that there are free use images available for the band on Flickr. Band is presently working. We hope (talk) 23:12, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- diff #1-after upload
- diff #2-tagged and Flickr photos mentioned
- license changed fron non free to free
- status at present
- Please reconsider as:
- The file was uploaded originally under wrong license and corrected and the Flickr photos suggested were not of the same band named Random Hero from Parker, CO. Photos suggested were for a German band of the same name. -Mac — Preceding unsigned comment added by Machowell (talk • contribs) 08:35, 1 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
